In my blog series “Travel & Draw” I’m writing about some trips I did accompanied by some of my drawings.
In March 2025 I did a very small solo trip to Eisenach, Germany. I went on some hikes, exploring the “Drachenschlucht” (a canyon covered in moss) and visited the town as well as the Wartburg Castle.
So far it was the trip where I drew the most since I really kept it like a drawing journal with writing down my thoughts (some diary-like thoughts outblurred ;)). I enjoyed wandering around, listening to music, stopping whenever I wanted and finding a lot of things to draw.
For my next solo traveling I’m planning something with more animals since I love them and extremely enjoyed to draw them!
